We are a family-owned, home-based pet boarding business located in Elkton, Maryland, dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where dogs and cats are treated as part of our family. Caring for animals has always been a meaningful part of our lives, and we believe pet care should be more than just a service; it should be a personal experience built on trust, compassion, and a genuine love for animals.

I’m Justin, and I work as a truck driver Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. My wife, Stephanie, works at a nearby school, and her dad also lives with us, which means there is almost always someone home providing companionship and care throughout the day. Our home is filled with the energy of family life, including our three children, ages 3, 6, and 8, along with our two dogs, Holly, our playful Bernedoodle, and Shadow, our sweet senior girl. Every pet who stays with us naturally becomes part of our daily routine and family environment.

We understand that every pet is unique, with their own personality, routines, and comfort level. Whether your dog enjoys playtime and social interaction or your cat prefers a quieter, peaceful space, we take the time to provide care that fits their individual needs. Our goal is to create a comfortable home-away-from-home experience where each pet feels safe, relaxed, and loved.

Our love for animals extends beyond dogs. We’re cat people too! Cats have always been a special part of our lives. We recently said goodbye to our beloved 10-year-old cat, Gracie, in December 2024. We rescued her as a tiny 8-week-old kitten we found outside, and she quickly became a cherished member of our family. Both of us grew up with cats and have spent our lives caring for and loving them. While we don’t currently have a cat of our own, we truly understand the special bond people share with their feline companions and would be honored to provide your cat with the same patience, affection, and care we have always given our own pets.

Our experience extends beyond boarding. We have spent years volunteering, fostering, and caring for animals of all kinds, including senior pets and pets who need medications or additional support. Our passion for animals is what inspired us to create a place where pets receive the same patience, attention, and affection they would receive at home.

Our dream has always been to create a different kind of boarding experience. While many traditional boarding facilities rely on kennels, our vision has always been to create a pet hotel that feels like home. A place where dogs and cats are never simply left alone in a kennel, but instead are surrounded by love, companionship, and family. As we continue to grow, our goal is to one day expand into a larger home with dedicated rooms, spacious play areas, and comfortable spaces designed specifically for pets while keeping the heart of what we do the same: a home-like environment where pets are always cared for, loved, and included.

Our home features a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, along with a comfortable indoor environment where pets can relax and feel included in family life. Throughout each stay, we provide regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and receiving the care they deserve.
