Our dream has always been to create a different kind of pet boarding experience. As we explored what that could look like, we spent time learning about traditional boarding options and what we truly wanted for the pets in our care. The more we thought about it, the more we realized that what mattered most to us was being present. We never wanted dogs or cats to spend their days separated from people or waiting alone in a kennel. We wanted them to be where we are, in our home, surrounded by family, love, and everyday life.

Our journey began through Rover, where we were able to grow our experience, welcome countless pets into our home, and build lasting relationships with amazing families. We continue to provide care through Rover while expanding Heart & Home to offer families a more personal, home-based boarding experience built around comfort, connection, and love.

Every pet who stays with us becomes part of our family while you’re away, receiving plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and personalized care. We believe pets are happiest when they feel safe, included, and loved as part of everyday life.
